Services
I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples in a private practice setting.
Areas of Focus
My practice is focused on complex trauma and its relational consequences, including personality difficulties, attachment disruptions, and repeating patterns in relationships. I am open to working with a range of presentations, but this is where my clinical interest and training are most concentrated.
Complex trauma and CPTSD — the long-term effects of chronic relational harm, neglect, or emotional unavailability in childhood or adolescence. Unlike single-incident trauma, complex trauma tends to shape personality and identity in pervasive ways, affecting self-perception, affect regulation, and the capacity for trust and intimacy.
Repeating relationship patterns — relationships that follow familiar, painful arcs despite efforts to change them; difficulty sustaining closeness; cycles of idealization and disappointment; patterns organized around avoidance, compliance, or control.
Personality and identity difficulties — unstable or fragmented sense of self, intense or unpredictable emotional states, chronic feelings of emptiness or disconnection, difficulty maintaining stable relationships over time.
Attachment difficulties — anxious, avoidant, or disorganized relational patterns; difficulty depending on others; discomfort with vulnerability or closeness.
